Returns & Refund Policy

At Fenzolini, every artwork is handled with the utmost care. Because each piece is a limited and highly exclusive creation, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy to ensure fairness for both the collector and the artist.

1. Returns

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our artworks, all sales are final.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged during transport, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the damage / issue

  • The original packaging condition

If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The artwork was damaged during shipping, or

  • An incorrect item was delivered and cannot be exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any artwork that has been handled, displayed, or damaged by the customer

  • Any limited editions or originals purchased in “as is” condition

  • Any order where the customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to damage

All artworks are professionally packaged between two protective wooden boards and shipped flat to guarantee safe delivery.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the item arrives damaged and a replacement is available.
If the edition is sold out, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Shipping Costs

If your return request is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

For any other reason, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
